Sarah Creek is a Montréal native who has lived in Québec, Ontario, British Columbia and now resides in Alberta with her husband and two sons. Sarah’s entire career has revolved around supporting children, their families and the professionals who serve them.

She is a fluently bilingual (French and English) Certified Professional Coach (PCC, ICF Accreditation in process) and a Certified trainer for the Teaching Pyramid Observation Tool (TPOT™).

Sarah has been working to support provincial and national initiatives to implement the Pyramid Model Framework for the last 6 years through the GRIT Program.

From 2018-2023, Sarah partnered with educators and their leadership teams to build their capacity and ensure the inclusion of all children.

She is very experienced in coaching and excels in the facilitation and delivery of professional development, as well as the training of trainers offered in French and in English. Since 2023, Sarah has supported organizations with their implementation of the Pyramid Model Framework.

Sarah is an accomplished communicator and is skilled at building relationships. Sarah is passionate about unlocking greatness and empowering others. She aims to make a lasting difference within the teams she works with to support their growth.
